The file import specifications below are currently available via Kognitiv Loyalty application, but may not be accessible within your database. If you are interested in using a new specification, please contact Kognitiv Loyalty Support for further information.
All file types (unless otherwise specified) support only plain text. That means, for example, the files should be viewable in Notepad on a Windows-based PC or in TextEdit with plain text enabled on a Mac.
Additional proprietary files are supported, but not listed.
