Attain a track listing from the new tote to determine which existing Kognitiv Loyalty tracks can be reused and which tracks need to be created in Kognitiv Loyalty. Often times, totes will differ on how many codes can represent a single track and also in how they are named.
Tote A may have two codes to represent "Track A" (Matinee/Night) while Tote B may only have one code to represent both offerings. Tote A may have one name for California State Fair Track A, while Tote B may refer to it by the city or county it takes place within. Care should be taken in adding as few additional tracks as possible. Often times, existing tracks can be reused and/or renamed. - The same efforts above must be considered for pools and device types, though these items are much more easily handled.
