Inspire Dashboard
The Inspire dashboard acts as the central hub for navigating various functionalities within the Kognitiv Inspire application. By default, users land on the Promotions tab of the dashboard. Here, they can conveniently view a list of existing promotions within the system and initiate the creation of new promotions with ease.
This page offers a thorough guide to creating event-driven promotions, encompassing the steps within the Outcomes, Eligibility, Schedule, and Review tabs for both "Reward Issued" and "Member Interactions" event types.
