A predefined case reply is a dynamic template used to facilitate quick and efficient replies to members within cases, more specifically, within public entries.

Managing Predefined Case Replies
To create a new reply, click the "Add Predefined Case Reply" link at the top of the page. Alternately, existing replies can be modified or deleted by first clicking the "Edit" link next to the associated reply within the main grid.
Dynamic Placeholders
When typing the actual body of the reply, placeholders can be used that will instruct the system to dynamically populate them with member-specific content.
