System Location: Admin / Item Types / Id Types
In Kognitiv Loyalty, the Primary Account Id is always the most recent, active Account Id of the highest rank.
The Account Id rank can either be set by the user or automatically by Kognitiv Loyalty.
- Ranks are selected by users when creating or editing Id Types (System Location: Admin / Item Types / Id Types). In the creation and editing menus, users can select the Rank for Display.
- If a member does not have an Id Type that's been designated a primary rank, the system will automatically select the most recent, active Id of any rank and display it as the Primary Account Id.
Members can have multiple Account Id Types that fall under the Primary rank. In these instances, the system defaults to the most recent, active, highest ranking Account Id as the Primary.
