System Location: Web / POS Portal
The POS (or Point-of-Sale, or cashier) portal is a lightweight website that is fully integrated with Kognitiv Loyalty and can facilitate loyalty-based transactions within a browser window at any POS terminal that has an Internet connection.
The portal, along with related web services, supports member enrollments, interaction and transaction issuance, reward issuance and offerings (via POS Promotions, forced and recurring rewards), coupon issuance and offerings (via POS Promotions), member information and maintenance pages, and much more.
The processing logic and specifics regarding component and information display of this portal are customized for each database.
