System Location: Member-Services / Member Book
The Member Book displays a list of member accounts in which the logged in application user has been designated as the member's Preferred Member Book in Clienteling Services.
A quick view of the member's information is displayed on the left side of the page when the "View" link for that member is clicked. To open the member's account in Clienteling Services click on the "Clientel" link.
Application users may be set as potential Member Hosts within the User page by selecting the Host Settings allowing for the assignment of member accounts to particular Kognitiv Loyalty users. As a Member Preferred Host, any cases opened by a member will also have that host listed as the Preferred Case Handler.
