User Activity Audit

The User Activity Audit page shows basic information regarding all interactions, notes, and cases.

 

To filter the list, use the provided date, item, and/or user controls, then click the "Execute Filter" button.  To access the associated member in a Clienteling Services page, click the relevant "Account" link within the grid.
