System Location: Survey / Question Sets / Poll Set
A poll is a type of question set that can be posed to a loyalty member on the customer web portal or via a facebook application. Poll sets consist of general survey questions and like a trivia question, loyalty members can be awarded points for participation. However, unlike those, after answering a poll set, the member can view the cumulative results of all members who have participated.
