An identity provider is an entity that acts as a service for authentication purposes. As of the 2018.2 release, external identity providers can be setup within the platform in order to allow users to access the system utilizing an Email address which is bound to an account on an external system.
Initial identity provider configuration must be performed by Inspire Support.
