System Location: Survey
The survey functionality allows for surveying of loyalty members at the kiosk, customer web portal, and at enrollment. In Kognitiv Loyalty, questions must first be created, before sets can be compiled and offered at the aforementioned areas. Questions can be general survey, or trivia-based.
