Clientelling Support for Event Driven Promotion (V5)

Each time the Event Driven Promotion issues points, a new transaction is created which contains the points issued to the member.

  • If the event that triggered the promotion is the Reward Issued Event, a transaction is issued against the member called "Promotion Outcome for Rewards".  On the Clienteling page, you can see these listed with all other member transactions. 
  • If the event that triggered the promotion is the Member Interaction Event, a transaction is issued against the member called "Promotion Outcome for Interactions".  On the Clienteling page, you can see these listed with all other member transactions. 
    • Note that these transactions are also linked to the original member transaction that would have triggered the promotion to fire. Therefore you can see from the original member transaction all points that would have been issued due to that transaction.
