The Event Driven Promotion reacts to Member Events in real time. Member events are created each time a member interacts with the loyalty Programme.
Details
In this section of the Promotion users can enter the Promotion Name, External Reference and Promotion Description. Users also have the option of enabling the Opt-In function. If enabled, members must only opt-in (activate) to the promotion in order to satisfy eligibility.
Recognition
In the Recognition Section of the Promotion, choose the type of member event you want to recognise with this promotion. Depending on the Member Event Selected, this will open various filtering criteria to you. You can then choose to narrow the precise type of behaviour you want to recognise. The Member Events the Event Driven Promotion can react to include:
- Member Interaction Event
- Reward Issued Event
Promotion Outcomes
Now that you have filtered on the type of behaviour you want to recognise, you can choose the Outcomes that should occur once a member performs the desired behaviour. Promotion Outcomes include;
- Issue Fixed Points
- Issue Percentage Points
Eligibility
Check the appropriate clubs and segments to specify eligible members. Members only need to be in one of the segments, clubs or tiers to qualify for the promotion.
Schedule
Optionally choose an activity date range for which the promotion is eligible. Both a start date/time and end date/time are optional. You can also choose to make the promotion only valid for activity on certain days of the week.
