Restarting Halted Webhook Notifications

Users will be informed of a Webhook which is halted due to a circuit breaker event, and can initiate research on the root cause of the event, and optionally restart the webhook.

  1. If a webhook is halted (circuit breaker story) then a notification indicator is displayed near the notification control with the number of not-yet dismissed messages for the User near the notification control with the number of not-yet dismissed messages for the User
  2. Clicking on the notification control opens up a model dialog with any message(s) about the circuit breaker condition.
  3. Messages are sorted by date/time created, with the most recent on top of list.
  4. En-masse or individually, message(s) can be dismissed, and will not show again.
  5. The notification item goes to the same list of users who receive email notification of circuit breaker event (e.g. v5 notification & group). If an email address in that v5 group is not valid for a KLS User, no notification is created for that User.
