Intended Application

To enroll already existing members or prospects into a specific program.  This file is usually used in the event that multiple members were inadvertently not enrolled into the default program, or to facilitate batch enrollment into a program when a new one has been created.

Notes

• No header record is expected.  The first record will be processed.
