Intended Application
To save data for multiple member reward custom fields within a single reward.
Notes
- Multiple checkbox datatypes can't be un-selected.
- A return code is provided for the call itself, as well as for each custom field insert/update.

1 = Checkbox
2 = Dropdown
4 = Integer
8 = Money
16 = Text
32 = List
64 = Date/Time
128 = Address
256 = Multi-Checkbox - Address items will be saved as provided when there are full names and abbreviations available.
