System Location: Offers > Reward Image Library
The Reward Image Library allows users with appropriate permissions to upload, edit and delete reward images for use on the Customer Web Portal. Images must be in .jpg, .jpeg or .gif format and can be used as thumbnail, feature or detail images.
These reward images are applied to specific rewards on individual edit pages (for example, Offers > Choice Rewards > Add or Edit) by configuring the reward to be featured on the Customer Portal and then selecting the image to be used in the applicable dropdown menus.
