System Location: Cases / Supervisor
The Supervisor sub menu is used to quickly review recent cases and consists of two pages:
- All Open Cases - All cases that are currently open.
- Recently Closed Cases - The last 250 cases that have been closed.
To use either page, navigate to the page, and select the appropriate case queue above the grid (if applicable). To view more details about a case, click the "Details" link to enter the Case Management page.
Note: Entering the Case Management page for a case that is open and unhandled will cause the entering user to become the current case handler.
