System Location: System / Settings / Global Settings
Global Settings control configuration and functionality that pertains globally to the system.
- Member Phrase - The term entered here will replace the term 'Member' in all areas of the system. (Example: Player, Patron, Customer -- in areas where a member placeholder is supported, %PatronLabel% is the appropriate reference)
- Reward Phrase - The term entered here will replace the term 'Reward' in all areas of the system. (Example: Comp, Voucher -- in areas where a member placeholder is supported, %RewardLabel% is the appropriate reference)
- Customer Timezone - This is the default customer timezone for Kognitiv Loyalty database. This is usually superseded by timezone selections or the user timezone where applicable.
- Currency - Specifies the currency symbol used through Kognitiv Loyalty.
- Business Unit/Location - The default business unit and location when one is not specified or available for various system functions.
- Sales Tracking - If checked, associated transaction types will be enabled for usage within the database.
