Survey Planning
- What type of survey? Deciding between a general survey, trivia, and poll set is necessary before creating questions.
- Where will the survey be issued? Trivia and polls cannot be offered at the Kognitiv Loyalty Kiosk or at enrollment.
- Will points be issued for participation? If so, a relevant transaction type needs to be created. Also, keep in mind that points are issued on a per-question basis.
- If it is a general survey set, will question pairs be utilized? Question pairs consist of two-part questions in which members are presented with a second question depending on their answer to the first. However, both parts of this question set need to be created as questions?

Each of the survey types have an identically named module (poll, survey, trivia) that must be added to the portal and configured, by binding the set to the module within the customer portal.
