Modules are first added to the web portal in the "Portal Layout" page, then configured (if applicable) in their associated module setup page.

General Modules
General modules can be presented on any page within the customer web portal, regardless of its security settings.
Announcements
Module Setup Location: Web / Member Portal / Content / Announcements Modules
Fixed-format module used for a simple display of announcements. These announcements are scheduled and will automatically start and stop displaying without user intervention. Within the module setup page, announcement entries for modules can be managed.
Blog
Module Setup Location: Web / Member Portal / Content / Blog Modules
Fixed-format module used for a simple display of blog entries. Within the module setup page, entries for modules can be managed.
Calendar
Module Setup Location: Web / Member Portal / Content / Calendar Modules
Fixed-format module used for a simple display of event-based information. Within the module setup page, calendar entries for modules can be managed.
Flash Movie
Main Article: Upload a Portal Flash Movie
Module Setup Location: Web / Member Portal / Content / Flash Modules
The flash module allows for the display of a flash video, which first must be uploaded into the Portal Media Library. Within the module setup page, the flash video can be selected and managed.
HTML
Module Setup Location: Web / Member Portal / Content / HTML Modules
The recommended module for general content. Within the module setup page, HTML code can be directly inserted in the HTML code window, or the module can be constructed by using the on-screen feature set.
Id List
This grid will display all account Ids associated to the member and also has the ability to allow the member to print temporary cards if the associated Id Type is configured to allow.

This grid will display all account Ids associated to the member and also has the ability to allow the member to print temporary cards if the associated Id Type is configured to allow.
Image
Main Article: Upload a Portal Image
Module Setup Location: Web / Member Portal / Content / Image Modules
The image module allows for the display of a "module image", which first must be uploaded into the Portal Image Library. Within the module setup page, the image can be managed along with optional parameters such as a description, caption, and hyperlink. An advantage to using this image module vs. an HTML module relates to the usage of a hyperlinked image, as this module has internal code to prevent web browsers from applying a border to the hyperlinked image.
Links
Module Setup Location: Web / Member Portal / Content / Link Modules
Fixed-format module used for the simple display of hyperlinks. Within the module setup page, hyperlinks for modules can be managed.
Spacer
Provides a blank space to create vertical distance between two modules. This is available in a "large" and "small" module.
YouTube Video
Module Setup Location: Web / Member Portal / Content / Youtube Video Modules
Allows the display of a Youtube hosted video. If this is on a members-only page, the application will record a "start" interaction when the video begins play, and a "finish" interaction when the video surpasses the 80% mark of total duration.
Members-Only Modules
Members-only modules can only be presented on members-only pages and cannot be viewed by guests.
360 View
Displays coupon, reward and transaction information for the member. Unlike the Clienteling Services version, interactions are not included.
Account Settings
Allows members to change "opt out" status (Example: Do Not Call). The header area can be customized in Portal Text within the "General Portal Phrases" category.
Additional Id Entry
Allows members to enter an additional account Id to associate their account with. This module can only be utilized if the "Prompt Player for Additional Id" option is on within the Portal Enrollment Settings page.
Case-Feedback
Main Article: Cases
Allows members to submit feedback directly into Kognitiv Loyalty incoming case queue -- similar to a "Contact Us" module. Utilizing case-related functionality requires expansive setup before displaying the case-feedback portal module.
Case-Feedback modules with location capability, allow the member to specify the associated location for the case. Modules with queue capability, allow the system user to define the case queue that all cases submitted from this module are assigned to.
Contact Settings
Allows the loyalty member to view and edit their contact settings, such as their physical address, phone number, and Email address. A view-only version of this module is also available.
Coupon Offers
Displays all coupons that the member is eligible to receive at the customer web portal. Currently, only the device coupon promotion can allow for coupons to be picked up at the customer web portal.
Deal of the Day
Main Article: Deal of the Day Promotion
Displays the active deal of the day promotion.
Facebook Connect
If enabled, member can associate their Facebook account to their loyalty member account.
Feature Reward
Displays one of the "featured" choice rewards and makes it available for issuance.
Forced Rewards Overview
Informs members of their progress toward forced rewards that they are eligible for.
General Settings
Allows the loyalty member to view and edit their name, birthdate, gender, portal password, and preferred contact methods. A view-only version of this module is also available and this particular module can be further configured by editing within the portal layout page.
Id Management
Allows the member to manage their account Ids. Depending on the configuration of the Id Types, users may be able to view, add and/or delete Ids associated with their accounts.
Key Code Entry
Main Article: Key Code Promotion
Consists of a textbox that allows for key code promotion entries. Starting in the 2016.5 release, this module will be disabled if the member is not eligible for any key code promotions.
Member Activity
Displays a grid that shows all previous transactions that have been issued to the member, along with relevant details.
Member Children Info
Allows members to store the first name and birthdate of their children, which can be utilized in related promotions.
Member Clubs Assigned
Displays all clubs that the member is assigned to.
Member Credit Card on File
Allows for the member to store credit card information within their account. This functionality is only available if enabled and can only be enabled by Kognitiv Loyalty Support.
Member Gift Cards
Displays a grid that shows all previous gift card rewards that have been issued to the member, along with relevant details. If configured in the reward itself, they can be re-printed from this module if in a "live" status.
Member Rewards Pending Delivery
Displays all rewards issued to the member that are currently pending delivery (undelivered). The member can also pickup the reward, depending on the configuration within the redemption settings page.
Member Preferences
Displays and allows for edits of member custom field data for custom fields that have been setup as "public".
Member Properties
Displays and allows for creation and edits of member property data.
Member Rewards
Displays a grid that shows all previous rewards that have been issued to the member, along with relevant details. If configured in the reward itself, they can be re-printed from this module if in a "live" status.
Member Social
Displays and allows for edits of the member's Facebook profile and Twitter name. This information may be used in conjunction with related promotions.
Points Available/Earned/Summary
Various modules that show point-related totals in different widths.
Points Expiring in X Days
Based on the "execute frequency" in the auto settings page AND the custom day entry entered in the module options, will display the last scheduled execution run in the range and how many points are currently due to expire at or before that point.
Points to Next Recurring Reward
Informs members of their progress toward a specific recurring reward, which is configured by editing the module from the Portal Layout page.
Poll

The poll module allows for the display of a poll question set. Before using the module, a poll set must be created. After creating the module, the module must be setup at the aforementioned location.
Portal Message Promotion Display

Displays any and all messaging related to the portal message promotion that is relevant to the loyalty member.
Product Code Entry

Consists of a entry point that allows for product code promotion entries. There are multiple modules for this entry dependent on the desired input. The input for these modules is automatically disabled if the member is eligible for zero active promotions.

Product Item Entry

Consists of a entry point that allows for product item promotion entries. There are multiple modules for this entry dependent on the desired input. The input for these modules is automatically disabled if the member is eligible for zero active promotions.

Ranking
Displays the current ranking set level for the member. This module must be edited within Portal Layout in order to select the relevant ranking set.
Recurring Rewards Overview
Informs members of their progress toward recurring rewards that they are eligible for.
Referrer Codes
Allows the member to view their referrer codes and related information, for use in referrer promotions.
Reservations
Displays a grid that shows all previous reservations associated to the member, along with relevant details.
Retro Claim History
Displays a grid that shows previous retro claims made by the member.
Retro Claim Submissions
Displays an entry form that allows the member to submit retro claims.
Reward Store
Displays and has the ability to offer choice rewards for redemption. The "enhanced version" allows for filtering by reward category. Expansive setup is required before utilizing the reward store on the customer web portal.
Survey

The survey module allows for the display of a survey question set. Before using the module, a survey set must be created. After creating the module, the module must be setup at the aforementioned location.
Ticket Barcode Entry
Consists of a textbox that allows for ticket barcode entry.
Total Reward Category Retail Value
Lists the total retail value for all reward types issued to the member currently in the configured reward category.
Trivia

The trivia module allows for the display of a trivia question set. Before using the module, a trivia set must be created. After creating the module, the module must be setup at the aforementioned location.
Upcoming Points Expiring
Module lists available points that are due to expire upon the next execution of automatic point expiration (excludes scheduled batches).
YTD Points Earned
The module will display the points earned for the member in the current year.
