System Location: Survey / Question Sets
A question set is a grouping of questions that can be offered at the kiosk, customer web portal, or at enrollment.

Creating a Question Set
Depending on the type of desired question set (poll, trivia, survey), the management page will differ. There is a page for each, located within the aforementioned system location.
Once on the appropriate page, click the "Add" link at the top of the page to begin set creation. Alternately, you can modify existing sets by clicking "Edit" in the grid for the associated set.
Awarding Points
Points can be awarded on a per-question basis. Only transaction types controlled via surveys are eligible for selection. In the case of trivia sets, the option to only issue points on correct answers is available.
