Logging into the application requires an Email address that is associated to an existing application Login and User.

Login Process
- Navigate to https://app.kognitivloyalty.com.
- Enter your Email address and password into the appropriate text boxes.
- Click the "Login" button to proceed.
Password Help
This site is protected by reCAPTCHA. If a password reset request is validated, a password reset link will be emailed.
- Should you forget your password, input your email address into the appropriate box and then click "Password Help" button. In the event that your login is associated to a pseudo account, please contact your assigned Enterprise Administrator to perform manual reset.
- In the event that a "Password Help" request is identified as suspicious, users may be prompted with bot detective challenges and/or error messaging.
