Member Enrollment Verification

With member enrollment verification, loyalty program operators can ensure new members confirming their connection to the loyalty program. By default, members enrolled in Kognitiv Loyalty are automatically marked as verified. Users can see this on the platform in the Edit Member General Settings menu (System Location: Member-Services / Clientelling Services / General Info) where "Verified" is checked with a notation indicating that, "Member Is Verified."

However, enrollment verification can be configured so that users will need to be verified through an additional step. This can be performed in two ways.

Within Kognitiv Loyalty [System Location: Web / Web Shared Settings / Enrollment Settings]: Users can require member enrollment verification by selecting "Send Enrollment Verification Messages." Once selected, users will select the method for enrollment verification (email, text message).

With Kognitiv Loyalty Web Services: Clients can use the verification code web service calls (EnrollmentVerificationIssueCode and EnrollmentVerificationSubmitCode) to verify members through their custom software solutions.

Note: Enrollment Verification is not to be confused with Email Verification or Text Verification. Enrollment Verification is simply related to a member's enrollment status, while Email Verification is related to a member's email and Text Verification is related to a member's phone number.
