Transaction Cancel File

Intended Application

To mark individual transactions as canceled.  

Notes

• File is pipe-delimited.
• Header record is expected.  As such, the first row will not be considered for processing.
• The transaction must be associated with the provided member on a per-record basis, or the transaction will not be canceled.
• Records containing potentially dangerous sequence of characters and commands used in cross-site scripting attacks may be rejected.
