System Location: Messaging
The Messaging menu contains features and configuration related to messaging within Kognitiv Loyalty.
Each submenu within Campaigns that is preceded with "ESP:" contains functionality specifically related to the messaging service provider mentioned in the menu item name. In these cases, communications are passed directly from Kognitiv Loyalty to the provider, while the "External Campaign" is delivered in a batch file for all non-listed providers and other types of messaging.
Note: In external campaigns, "opt-outs" must be handled in the segment process as opposed to the campaign setup process.
