Single sign-on (SSO) allows users to sign onto multiple related, yet distinct, software platforms with one login. As of version 2018.2, users can access Kognitiv Loyalty through an external identity provider with an email address bound to an account on an external system.
To set up SSO, Kognitiv Loyalty Support must perform the initial configuration.
Note: We have discovered an issue related to SSO for users on Mac OS 12/ iOS 12 who are trying to access Kognitiv Loyalty from Safari. Apple's current privacy and security configuration does not work with Microsoft Azure AD, which Kognitiv Loyalty uses to power single sign-on.
If you encounter an issue logging into Kognitiv Loyalty on Mac OS 12/iOS 12 with Safari, we suggest you try a different browser, such as Chrome or Firefox.
